Have you been following the Sochi Winter Olympics the past few days? Every time the Olympics airs I am completely amazed and inspired by the incredible determination, effort, and dedication shown by all of the athletes competing in the games. They truly epitomize the best of what our human spirit can accomplish and achieve when we push ourselves to reach our goals. And though many of us do not focus on sport as a goal, we all have goals that we hope to achieve in our lives. I thought I would harness some of this amazing spirit of determination and share with you some fabulous and inspiring quotes that have been shared by previous Olympic athletes. They would be a perfect little hint of inspiration for your own daily life.
