How to make wood bead napkin rings

Hello friends! It has been another busy but productive week around our little homestead. We finished our DIY mini greenhouse out back (more on that soon) and I have most of the raised garden beds ready for early planting once our last frost date. This is anywhere between April and May 1st since we are zone 8b and WA State likes to be unpredictable haha.

Our lettuce starts that will go from indoors with grow lights to the greenhouse are about 1 1/2 inches tall and I am SO excited!

In between getting the garden beds ready and planning our seed sowing dates I made a fun DIY this week too!

Napkin rings made from wooden beads, this is an easy one so it will go fast and you will be using them in no time.

I have to admit I don’t use napkin rings as often as I would like.

Having said that, when the mood or need presents itself I have to have multiple options to choose from as one napkin ring just does not cut it.

It feels like one pillow, or one pair of shoes.

It’s just not how it works, am I right? 🙂

To get a good idea of how many beads I needed to use I measured my napkin rings and found most were just over 6 inches. I used jute covered wire and a pattern of different shaped wood beads.

Once I had a good sample I measured it and it was perfect to fit my cloth napkins.

I used a wire snip to twist the ends where they meet and needle nosed pliers to curl the ends under and tuck them in so they are not sharp.

The wood beads are not super expensive and I thought spending less than $15 on supplies to make a stack of these was pretty thrifty.

So there you have it, a very easy and quick DIY to refresh your place settings just in time for Spring 🙂

Thank you as always for reading, until our next project!

xo, Tanya

  3. While we’re on the topic of unique accessory ideas, if anyone is also into elegant pieces that make a statement, you might want to explore some beautiful ring options from Carrera y Carrera — perfect if you’re thinking about gifts or just treating yourself with something timeless and refined: https://carreraycarrera.com/jewelry/rings.html?gender=126&metal_colour=27. Whether you like classic designs or something more distinctive, there’s a wide range to choose from that pairs well with both everyday wear and special occasions.

  4. If you enjoy the thrill of a real casino from your phone, you have to try this. The live casino section on the Baji Live app is fantastic, with high-quality streaming and real dealers. I downloaded it directly from https://bajilive-app.com/ and was playing live dealer games in minutes. It feels just like being there, but I can do it from my couch. The app is optimized for mobile, so the controls are easy even on a smaller screen. For Bangladeshi players who love live table games, this platform offers an unbeatable experience.

  5. I finally found a reliable pop up blocker extension that actually stops those annoying windows from opening. It makes browsing so much faster and cleaner without all the constant interruptions. It’s been a total life-saver for sites that are usually cluttered with ads. Highly recommend trying it out if you want a more peaceful online experience.

  6. Hi everyone! Is there anyone here who’s afraid to try something new because they’re worried about losing their hard-earned money? I hesitated for a long time too, until I found out about demo accounts, where you use virtual points instead of real money. On the page https://roboforex.com/, you can open such an account in a minute and practice as much as you want without any risk. I “traded” like that for a whole month until I understood how everything works, and only then did I deposit my own funds.
